Success Story

Keep up the good work, Mr. Jackson!

Christopher Jackson came to Harmon Hospital after a life-altering auto vs. pedestrian accident that left him with multiple injuries—including rib fractures, pelvic and hip fractures, and ruptured tendons requiring surgical repair. His recovery journey began with significant limitations: he was unable to bear weight on his legs, needed assistance to reposition in bed, and relied
entirely on staff for dressing and daily tasks.

Despite these challenges, Christopher showed
remarkable determination and grit. With the support of his care team and his own perseverance, he has made tremendous progress. Today, he is walking 150 feet with a rolling walker and completing dressing tasks with only supervision. Christopher is now looking forward to returning home and getting back to one of his favorite hobbies—playing Madden 2000. His words of encouragement to others on a similar path:  “Work hard, and you will achieve!”
His story is a powerful reminder that with dedication and support, recovery is not only possible—it’s transformative.
